Strong at content strategy and management, but editing skill hasn't yet matched the production quality I want for highly-produced videos - creating a real gap between what I plan and how fast I can ship it for my own accounts.
Challenge
Highly-produced videos take significantly longer than they should because my editing ability isn't yet where my creative standard is. It's a skill gap I'm actively closing, so it can reflect better in my own content on my Instagram.

Named the gap honestly instead of pretending it's solved: I'm learning color grading and editing in DaVinci Resolve currently, have been a user of After Effects, and use a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for content - it's a fantastic camera for the cinematic feel I often crave. I am learning while being selective about which videos get the high-production treatment versus a faster turnaround, so output on my account doesn't stall waiting on a skill still in progress.
